As we get through the permitting project, we will identify the timeline for each building and give residents notice on when work will be going on at their builing.

There will be several staging areas for project supplies and materials during the project.
The Common House will be open for the workers to get water and to use the restroom on the upper level.
During the day, especially during your building's phase, there will be construction noise.
For those residents that live in upper loft homes, there will be a designated time where the landing will be getting replaced. We will give plenty of notice, but access in and out of your home will be impacted during this time.
We will work with the team to ensure that construction debris and trash are removed promptly.
