When our community was built, the idea was that most homes would have only one car and we would make use of being close to public transportation. As more people adopt a 1:1 relationship with cars, our parking availability has become tight.
A few very important reminders:
Except for those parking spots which access was conveyed with the sale of a residence, additional assigned parking spots to not convey with a unit. Once the use of a licensed driver is no longer needed, the space will be returned to the community's available inventory.
While we do try to accommodate needs and requests, our inventory is finite.
Use of Visitor parking (except for approved use cases) is not permitted for residents.
We currently do not have an agreement with the Tucker Building. Please do not park there at risk of being towed and damaging HCCC's relationships within SPOA.
