Parking Agreement with SouthPark

For special events that require more parking, on-street parking will be allowed in front of our property on West Canal Court under the following conditions:

1. On-street parking is for VISITORS ONLY. Residents cannot park in front of the community under any circumstances.

2. On-street parking is reserved for SPECIAL EVENTS ONLY.

3. On-street parking is permitted by SouthPark only during the following hours: Weekdays 6:30 pm to 12am, Saturdays 8 am to midnight, Sundays 8 am to midnight.

4. No overnight parking is permitted.

5. Residents sponsoring a special event at Highline Crossing will need to request a temporary permit from the Steering Committee two weeks prior to the special event using the form to the right.

6. Resident will need to provide the number of cars expected at the special event. The Steering Committee will issue a temporary permit for each visiting car.

7. Temporary permits will need to be displaced in the visitor’s car for the duration of the special event.

8. On-street parking will be 15 feet from the fire hydrant at the corner of SouthPark Lane and Canal Court to the entrance of our next door neighbor “Tucker.”

SouthPark and Highline Crossing will meet in four months to assess how the agreement is working out.
